A popular Tranmere home that attracted househunters in droves has been snapped up a week after hitting the market in a swift multimillion-dollar deal.

The contemporary home at 10 Gray St attracted such strong interest within its first few days on the market that selling agent Rocco Perre had to bring the best offers closing date forward.

“It was supposed to close on March 4 but due to overwhelming demand, we bought it forward two weeks,” said Mr Perre, of Klemich Real Estate

“In eight days, we had 7000 listing views, over 200 inquiries and there were about 10 offers.

“The buyers gave my vendors an offer they couldn’t refuse.”
